		<description>I love that you all take the first day of your period off!  The first day of my last period I went and had a massage and acupuncture.  It was wonderful!  Fortunately, I was already off that day.  There's no way I would've gotten away with a sick day because of cramps and fatigue.  Women are expected to deal with it quietly, right?  Anyway, I absolutely believe that women should take care of themselves everyday of the month, even if it means missing a day of work!
