Another Canadian vote for Lunapads.

I first encountered Lunapads a few years ago when I was in university and spotted them in P’lovers in Halifax. Honestly, my roommate and I both thought it was weird & even a bit disgusting to wash and reuse menstrual pads, although they did look very pretty.
I didn’t really give them another thought until earlier this year when I ran across them on the internet (no idea what I was searching for, but all of a sudden there they were).
I read the entire website, fascinated by the concept of saving money, being nice to the environment and wearing something natural and soft instead of disposables. I have been a disposable pad hater for many years and had always used tampons, although lately I’d much rather have my Lunapads! I did some research into different kinds of cloth pads I could purchase and decided that the design of Lunapads made the most sense, and the colours and prints were definitely the nicest as well! I also love the fact that they’re made in Canada!
I’m an active girl; my husband and I love to travel, hike and camp, and I find that my Lunapads fit great into my lifestyle. Since coming off birth control pills, I’m actually enjoying (can hardly believe I’m using that word) my first real period in 22 months right now! And I’m thoroughly enjoying my pretty pink poodle Lunapad!
Thanks Ladies, for creating this amazing product and caring about the women who use it!
