living green…
My name is Andrea and I live in Oviedo, Florida. I am 26, married, no kids. I have been using the diva cup and organic panties for over 5 months now and I am so glad I did. The story goes…..
I think green, I live green, I encourage others to be green. Each day I want to make a difference on how I treat the planet. I started slow… I stopped using plastic bags from the grocery store or any store for that matter not even those produce baggies! I stopped buying plastic sandwich baggies, paper towels, anything that was disposable. I changed my laundry detergent, soap, deodorant, and make-up. I stopped eating meat and dairy and started to feel better all around. I researched and gathered information and spread the word to family and friends. There was always one thing that bothered me, the waste I made from the cycle each month. I used organic tampons and pads and thought that was enough but thought I could find something else. So I did, I found Luna! I was a bit nervous at first and thought “hmm is this weird?” I dove in and bought them… and have never turned back. It feels good to save resources support good businesses and be in more balance with my body. Your products help me live my “green” lifestyle and to show others how too.
So if your debating about buying some…DON’T! I love my Diva and my Organic panties (and my handkerchief) I wish I had them a long time ago. Thanks so much your business is awesome!
Peace* Love * Light *

Hi Andrea,
My name is Heather and I live in Maitland! I don’t often see Oviedo, FL on sites, so cool.

I love hearing about another woman discovering the wonderful world of reusable menstrual products.
I developed sensitivity to the chemicals that are in disposable pads. I was absolutely miserable every month because of it, but I didn’t know I had any other options. Finally out of desperation I began using wash cloths, but have since switched to actual cloth pads. I have now been happily and comfortably using cloth for the past 12 years (I’ve just recently ordered a menstrual cup and am looking forward to trying it for the first time this month), and my daughter has been fortunate enough to start out with cloth. (she didn’t even know about disposables at first and thought the whole idea of using that instead of nice soft cloth very strange.
