Dimity - for the most part, the girls receiving the kits already own underwear, but that is not the case for many of the girls in Uganda. So, the Lunapanties kits will go specifically to that group.

Hi, I recently bought one of the lunapads for girls kits and I am kinda having second thoughts as to if I should have bought one of the lunapanties kits instead. Please excuse my ignorance of the situation but does anyone know if the girls the program is targeting generally have underwear of their own to use the pads with?

Thanks for doing this program- I think it's great! I've seen the ads Always has been running but I think the reusable ones are a much better option because when the Always campaign ends and the donations of disposable pads stop coming, the girls who receive the cloth pads can use them for years still.

Hi!

I too am so blown away by this idea - I will be placing my order for Goods 4 Girls, and I have passed on the idea to my classmates in my Gender and Women's Studies class at Dalhousie University in Halifax, NS.... hopefully this will help raise some interest.

Good luck, and thanks so much for this! -Sarah
